Governor Refused to Accept Affidavit by NCP 17 JO Members

Seventeen members of the North Central Provincial Council affiliated to Joint opposition   have signed an affidavit  against the Chief Minister P. Jeyaratna and submitted to the Governor  today.  But the Governor of the NCP  reported to have refused to accept the affidavit.
