Gammanpila is Mad. Treatment to be Given by an Indian Doctor?
eferring to PHU Gammanpila’s recent public speech that the visiting Indian Prime Minister offered 10 new houses to the poverty stricken upcountry workmen and extended the current free Indian Ambulance service Island wide, thinking that Srilanka is the 30th State of India?, Minister Mano Ganeshan posed the question thus “whether Gammanpila cannot be rehabilitated? Gammanpila is mad. I wish to take him to an Indian Doctor to treat him in an Indian Ambulance. Without knowing the backgrounds under which housing complexes and ambulance service provided by India, Gammanpila talks nonsense”.
