Abduction of a Female TV Compeer at Gun Point?

One of the compeers of a leading TV station while returning home after her work in a car with a programme producer was intercepted 500m away from Rathmaldeniya junction by a white van. Four inmates of this white van appeared before them and then one man held gun at the back of the programme producer’s head, who drove the vehicle and forced him  drive to a place directed by them. After half an hours drive they reached a house. Two of them were forced to enter into a room. Inside the room abductors have removed all the jewellery of the female TV compeer and removed all her cloths in front of the producer and took photographs of her naked body with their mobile phones. Later on they were taken early in the morning and dropped near the Kottawa Malaballla railway station.

Up to now producer’s vehicle was not traced. This matter was brought to the notice of the DIG Colombo South, who has ordered immediate investigation by police.
