Police Tracking Ven. Gnanasara Thera

Special police teams have been deployed to arrest Bodu Bala Sena (BBS) General Secretary the Ven. Galagode Aththe Gnanasara Thera on charges of obstructing and threatening police officers acting in a manner that could cause racial and religious disharmony.

One newspaper reported that he is hiding in Srilanka and attempting to give up robes and dress up as any other normal citizen and go abroad under different passport. In the meantime, Sinhala Ravaya(SR) General Secretary Nagalkanda Sudaththa Thera said yesterday, that Muslim Ministers who support  Muslim extremism should be arrested  before arresting Ven. Gnanasara Thera.
