Lanka Sathosa To Assist Flood Victims

Minister of Industry and Commerce Rishad Bathiudeen was visiting the flood affected areas in Baduraliya in Agalawatte accompanied by  Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, Wayamba Development and Cultural Affairs and Kaluthara District MP Palitha Thevarapperuma.

 The flood situation there is heavy. To prevent shortages of essentials to the affected areas, Lanka Sathosa outlets in this area have been directed by the Minister  to help in relief efforts. He has  instructed outlets in Mathugama area to be ready to assist.

Further, Lanka Sathosa outlets in flood affected areas have been directed to support relief efforts, the Ministry of Industry & Commerce said.
