All Parties Agreed to Draft a New Constitution

Minister of Highways and Higher Education, Lakshman Kiriella said, all parties represented in the parliament have expressed their willingness and  consent towards the creation of a new constitution, which includes Tamil National Alliance (TNA)  he revealed this  while attending the foundation-laying ceremony for a new hostel at the University of Colombo.
