Dilan Blamed Mahinda For Recent Disaster

State Minister Dilan Perera  blamed former President Mahinda Rajapaksha  for ignoring  natural disasters and environmental requirements during construction of Southern Express way . This was the main reason  for loss of several lives and damages to millions worth of property in the recent flood disaster. He warned any project undertaken  ignoring environment  requirement will end up in danger like this. However, he admitted being a member of the then cabinet, which decided on Southern Express way.
