Is 125,000 Srilankans Residing in Qatar in Danger?

 

Six Middle East Countries, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Yemen, Libiya, UAE and Bahrain have cut off their bilateral and diplomatic relations with Qatar alleging they support Islamic State terrorists.

125,000 Srilankans residing in Qatar said to have facing difficulties. When asked from the foreign minister Ravi Karunanayake, he replied that this was an internal problem and there was no impact on them. However, reports says that   Srilankans in Qatar face uncertainty about their future in Qatar.
