One upcoming fair Diyawanna Member while walking on the Council lobby suddenly observed several strands of threat sticky out from the female companion’s “Saree-Pota”. Immediately he stopped her walking and awkwardly bending over holding the fair one’s “Saree-Pota”. Coat Suit and Tie member became the laughing stock of his comrades, who have witnessed this incident.
