Former President Apologised for Change in Her Attire

During last weekend former President Chandrika Bandaranayke Kumaratunga has made a visit to the flood affected Mabalagama Maha Vidyalaya.  When she addressed the gathering, she apologised for being attired in a different manner. She recollected that she was forced to   walk through mud when she visited flood affected Ratnapura area recently. Hence, she had to wear shoes. That is why she came on this dress, she said.
