Action Against Those Dumping Garbage….

As the Municipal Authorities said to have failed to collect and dispose garbage as done earlier, the public was compelled to dump garbage secretly in popular places in  the city.

Swift action will  be taken against  those dumping garbage at unauthorized popular places in the Colombo city.

Steps have been taken to arrest them,  then and there when they dump the garbage. The  Government has decided to engage  Armed Forces in addition to Colombo Municipal Council Health Division and Environmental police in implementing the steps.
