Major General Kapila At FCID

Former National Intelligence Chief, retired Major General Kapila Hendawitharana was summoned before the Financial Crimes Investigation Division of the Police (FCID) for the second time, today(15).

He was summoned to make a statement on several financial transactions he had made through his Bank of Ceylon current account from a foreign country.
