LG Election Amendment Law Before Parliament Next Week

At the press conference held in the SLFP Head quarters, Minister Mahinda Amaraweera said,technical shortcomings pointed out has been attended and the LG election law will be presented before the Parliament next week. He said the government is not scared to hold the local government elections. The SLFP has already selected the names for the LG election nomination list.

Party’s Youth Front and Women’s Front have already been revisited and strengthened to face any election.
