NCPA Request Media Not to Publicize Suicides

Through a statement issued by the National Child Protection Authority, an appeal was made to the electronic, press and social media not to publicize suicides, which may induce others to follow the suit. In the recent past suicides committed on railway tracks, which included children were reported in the electronic, press and social media. If anyone is mentally depressed they should approach several Government and private organizations ready to serve you.

If they are under the age of 18, they could easily dial 1929 and obtain assistance from the NCPA.
