Mobile Phones not allowed in Cabinet Meeting

President Maithreepala Sirisena has made a request to Ministers not to bring their mobile phones when they come to participate in cabinet meeting. He explained the reason as they have to concentrate seriously on cabinet papers to arrive at a decision, he made this request.
