13-year-old Boy Fainted When Testified in Vidthya’s Murder Case

The schoolgirl named  Vidya was gang raped and  murdered on May 13, 2015.

A 13-year-old child has testified before the Trial at Bar in connection with the murder of Vidya. In his evidence 13 year old boy said, while he was cycling along with another student on that fateful day, his slippers fell. Hence, he has to get down from the bike and ran back to a  certain distance  to pick up the slippers.  When he approached the place where the slipper was there, he heard a mild crying sound of a human. As the place is a dense forest area and abandoned building  nearby , he got scared as “devil” making the cry and ran back with the slipper. At the scene he saw the second suspect in the vicinity. At this stage young boy said, that he feels like fainting. Followed by in few seconds he fainted. Hence, the hearing is suspended for 10 minutes and resumed. There after he recovered from the giddiness and continued with his evidence.
