Different Politicians Use Different Mode of Transport?

Two politicians, one a high political authority and the other a lesser rank had scheduled to attend a religious ceremony in the Kalutara District.

High political authority being a simple man instructed his aids to provide him with the minimum security escort to prevent a possible traffic congestion. He travel by road and reached the venue.

On the other hand less rank politician went by air also reached the same venue and returned by air.
