8th SAARC Law Meeting in Colombo Today

Ministry of Law and Order and Southern Development in collaboration with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Wayamba Development and Cultural Affairs has organized  the 8th meeting of the Ministers of Law and Order of the South Asian Association of Regional Cooperation (SAARC).

This meeting  will commence in Colombo today(11) and conclude on Wednesday(12).

The meeting  agenda  includes discussion on  terrorism, liberalization of visas, illegal trafficking in narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, small arms and how to make coordinated and concerted efforts to combat such a menace.
