Mattress Instead of Mat to Prisoners

The commissioner General of Prison,Nishantha Danasinghe said, that he has taken steps to replace mat with mattress to prisoners. They will be provided with the material and they have to make their own mattress. Initially he expects to manufacture 7,000 mattresses to prisoners.
