10 Petitions Filed Against New Inland Revenue Act in Supreme Court

Ten petitions have been filed against the new Inland Revenue Act in the Supreme Court. Joint Opposition Parliamentarian Bandula Gunawardena said, the petitions were filed together with several other parties, which include the all island lawyers associations, auditors, members of the Inland Revenue Department..

Bandula added a part of the petitions were taken up for hearing while the rest will be taken up for consideration on Tuesday.
