Presidential Commission Summons Shiranthi Rajapaksa

Former first lady Shiranthi Rajapaksa was summoned  to appear before the Presidential Commission of Inquiry to Investigate and Inquire into Serious Acts of Fraud, Corruption and Abuse of Power, State Resources and Privileges on 22^nd July 2017.

One of the Joint Opposition MP said, that  this is an attempt  to cripple  the negotiation now being taken  to combine  the SLFP  with the Joint Opposition .

It was planned  to contest  future elections  by this Joint SLFP and Joint Opposition group. This conspiracy has hatched to topple  the positive steps  taken by two senior Ministers  in this connection.
