Complaint Against Health Minister  – GMOA

The Government Medical Officers Association (GMOA ) will file a formal complaint at the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption against  Health Minister Rajitha Senaratne today(15), GMOA said.

Speaking at a media briefing yesterday, Assistant Secretary of the association Dr. Nalinda Herath said,  the complaint will claim that government funds were injected into the Neville Fernando Hospital without real acquisition.

He further said Minister Rajitha Senaratne has no right to inject Rs 250 million monthly into the Neville Fernando Hospital without signing a formal agreement.
