Ten Petitions to be Filed Against 20th Amendment to the Constitution

20^th Amendment to the Constitution was gazetted two weeks back and it could be presented at any time in the Parliament. The Gazette notification specifically  mentioned that  Election of all Provincial  Council should be submitted on the same day. The President will seek the advice of the Supreme Court on this bill.

 If the 20^th Amendment is submitted to the Supreme Court for a determination, political parties and Civil organizations  numbering more than 10 are ready to submit petition against it.
