A Mysterious  Group Tracking  Mahinda to Kill Him?

A Sinhala Media has reported that an attempt is being made to kill  former President Mahinda Rajapaksa.  In this connection a group of police men have been deployed to gather information in regard to Mahinda’s movements.

 This group collects data  of  people visiting Mahinda Rajapaksa . Two days back,  when Mahinda Rajapaksa went to meet certain people who are closer to him, a group has followed him.  On questioning them , they disclosed  the plan to kill Mahinda

The Police Department   has advised  to obtain a weekly report on security provided to former President Mahinda Rajapaksa.

When the officer tracking Mahinda was caught , he produced his duty identity card along with his NIC and said, that he is only performing  his duties and nothing else,  Sinhala media reported.
