First Commanding  Officer  of the Special Task Force  Passed Away

Following a fatal accident, where he has fallen from the upstairs , first commanding officer of the Special Task Force former Senior DIG  Bodhi Liyanage  was admitted to the Kandy hospital and was receiving treatment for the last two days.

Kandy hospital sources said, that he passed away today(18)  at 5am.

Police Spokesman said,  his last funeral rites will take place at Katugastota cemetery  in Kandy on Sunday.
