Only My Pet Dog “Domiya” Escaped Police Investigation

In a discussion Mahinda had with the Joint Opposition members in his official residence at Wijerama, he said that the CID and the FCID had left only his pet dog “Domiya” from investigations. All other members of his family have been subjected to police investigations. In some cases they have filed cases in Courts. He made these observations when the   Joint Opposition members enquired the details about the CID investigation against former first lady Shiranthi Rajapakshe and his youngest son Rohitha Rajapakshe.

All these investigations and harassment are part of a political revenge taken against him, he concluded.
