Conspiracy  to Remove  Mahinda’s Civic Rights

In a meeting held in Battramulla yesterday, former President Mahinda Rajapaksa in answering to a question raised by a journalist said, removing civic rights of a popular figure is not a new phenomenon in Srilanka. Earlier, they removed  the civic rights of  the first women Prime Minister  in the world,  Srimovo Bandaranayake . From Government inner circles he came to know that there is a conspiracy hatching  to remove his civic rights. He said  that he is not bothered or disturbed about this conspiracy. But, one think is clear that they have to remove civic rights of the people in Srilanka, if they wont to remove his civic rights, he concluded.
