Priority Lane System Proved Success Hence 3rd Phase Today  

Since  priority lane System was introduced allocating separate lane for buses to ply. A separate lane is being allocated for buses while other vehicles will not be allowed along the lane during this time frame .  This priority lane system  has reduced traffic congestions and minor accidents. Hence, phase three of the priority lane System will commence today from the Polduwa junction to the Ayurveda junction and from Town Hall to the Thunmulla Junction. Priority lanes system  will be in effect from 6am to 9am on weekdays, Ministry of Megapolis and Western Development announced.

This is the third phase of the program while the first phase commenced on the 15th of August.
