20th Amendment Defeated in Southern Provincial Council Today

There was tense situation in the Southern Provincial council  during the debate on 20^th amendment to the Constitution this morning .

At the end of the debate , when the vote was called,  20^th amendment to the constitution was defeated by 27 votes.
