Voice Recording System of Perpetual Treasuries’ Taken Over by CID

The voice recording system used to record the phone calls made at the company’s dealing room of Perpetual Treasuries Limited has been taken into custody by the Criminal Investigations Department (CID).

In the meantime  the Attorney general’s Department has requested permission from the Presidential Commission of Inquiry, probing the issuance of treasury bonds, to also take custody of the computer and  voice recording system previously used by the company.
