Chief dealer Nuwan Salgadu had met him at the server room of PTL’s new office on 5th and shown him a few notes containing 15- 16 serial numbers and dates of several phone conversations which had to been deleted. Devathantri said, he had deleted the requested phone recordings from the data base of the main computer and replaced them with the internal voice recordings .
Followed by this revealing, the Attorney General’s Department informed the Bond Commission yesterday, that action would be taken to have Perpetual Treasuries Chief dealer Nuwan Salgadu arrested for a criminal offence, as he allegedly submitted voice recordings that had been tampered with.
