Trickster Disappeared with the Mobile Phone Borrowed to Take a Call

In a central popular petrol station in Hatton, a man appeared excited and appealed to the petrol pumper on active duty to give his mobile phone to take an emergency call to his sick wife. Moved by his appearance and pleading manner considerate pumper gave his Rs35,000 worth of telephone to him and continue to pump fuel to vehicles of customers. As it was 1300 hrs busy time, he could not manage to watch the man to whom he gave the phone. When he turned back and looked for the man, there was no one. He has disappeared from the scene. He has made a complaint with Hatton Police, who took CCTV footage and carrying out investigation to trace the culprit.
