Second Reading of the Inland Revenue Act in Parliament  Today

Minister of Finance Mangala Samaraweera explaining the new Inland Revenue Act  said,  individuals  who  earn a low income will benefit by the reduction in direct and indirect taxes. He further said, that the objective of the act is to bring down the percentage of direct taxes and indirect taxes.

The second reading of the Inland Revenue Act will take place in Parliament today (6).
