2017 A/L Exam Paper Marking Commences Today

The Department of Examinations said , that  the  evaluation of the 2017 GCE Advanced Level Examination answer sheets will commence today(7). This evaluations will commence under three phases.

Under the first phase paper marking will be carried out from today until the 20th of September at 31 marking centers.

Commissioner General of Examinations WMNJ Pushpakumara said 6,965 teachers have been assigned for evaluation purposes.

General evaluation activities will be conducted from the 30th of September to the 1st of October.

Therefore steps have been taken to temporarily close 5 schools in order to utilize them as exam marking centres for the first phase of the programme.
