Weather Forecast For 11th September 2017
Showery condition over the island is expected to enhance temporary from today to 14thof September.
Showers or thundershowers will occur at most parts of the island after 2.00 p.m.
Showers will occurat several places in the Western and Sabaragamuwa provinces and in GalleandMathara districts in the morning too.
Fairly heavy falls (above75 mm) are expected at some places, Particularly Eastern province and in Galle, Mathara, Ratnapura,Mulathiv and Polonnaruwa districts.
There may be temporary localized strong winds during thundershowers. General public is kindly requested to take adequate precautions to minimize damages caused by lightning activity.
