Yoshitha Rajapaksa to Appear Before  FCID Today

Former President Mahinda Rajapaksa’s  second son  Yoshitha Rajapaksa, has been summoned before the Police Financial Crimes Investigation Division today (12).

The  FCID summoned the Yoshitha Rajapaksa in order to record a statement regarding to the manner in which he appropriated funds to purchase land in Mount Lavinia and Ratmalana in addition to constructing a luxury house.

However, special attention will be paid to how funds were appropriated to purchase 31 perches of land in Mihindu Mawatha, Mount Lavinia, 31.5 perches of land in Kekatiya, Ratmalana and the construction of a luxury house.
