Cannot Compel Arjun Aloysius to Give Evidence

The Presidential Commission of Inquiry probing the treasury bond scam today   declared  that it cannot compel Arjun Aloysius to give evidence before the commission,  if he is not willing to do so.

However, the commission  believes that the evidence of the Perpetual Treasuries Limited owner Arjun Aloysius is necessary for the case.
