Awareness Seminar To Three Wheel Drivers Prior to Issuing Licence

In order to minimise road accidents by three wheelers, Ministry of Transport has organized a seminar  at Werahera for all applicants applied for  three wheel licence.  Prior to issue licence, they have to attend seminar.

In this connection first time a seminar has been  launched this morning at 8 am at Werahera.
