Mahendran Appears Before the Commission Again

Former Governor of the Central Bank Arjuna Mahendran gave  his evidence before the Presidential Commission of inquiry  yesterday(19).  Counsel appearing on behalf of  Arjuna Mahendran has requested the Commission to require  Government officials  to abstain from treating him disrespectfully  during  questioning.  He threatened, if they continue  in the same manner as what they have done yesterday ,  his client Arjuna Mahendran will be pulled out  from giving evidence in future.

Arjuna Mahendran appeared before the Presidential Commission of inquiry today (20), for the second consecutive day to continue to give his evidence.
