Weather Forecast For 21st September 2017

Fairly strong gusty winds can be expected over the Hambanthota district and Maduru-oya area.

Several spells of showers will occur in the Western, Sabaragamuwa, Central provinces and in the Galle, Matara districts.

Several spells of light showers will occur in the North Western province.

Showers or thundershowers may occur at few places in the Uva province and Ampara and Batticaloa districts after 2.00pm.

There may be temporary localized strong winds during thundershowers. General public is kindly requested to take adequate precautions to minimize damages caused by lightning activity.
