Five drowned while bathing

 

The bodies of four people including that of a man and three women were recovered from the Warapitiya Lake in Walasmulla in a search operation to the find the five who had gone missing while bathing, police sources stated.

They stated the woman who was rescued and rushed to the Kirama Hospital had died during treatment.
