Lorry  Train  Accident at Anuradhapura Junction

A  lorry was travelling from Vavuniya to Thambuttegama Economic Center with a load of fruits. On its way crossing the railway track at Anuradhapura Junction, it collided with Kankesanthurai bound mail train early today(25).

While the lorry driver had sustained serious injuries, two others accompanied him in the lorry, escaped unhurt.
