Lalith Jayasinghe Arrested (UPDATE)

Former Senior Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Lalith Jayasinghe has been arrested in connection with the concealing evidence related to the fatal shooting incident in Kahawatte.

Lalith Jayasinghe Summoned by the Police Special Investigations Unit 

Former Senior Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Lalith Jayasinghe was summoned by the Police Special Investigations Unit today(25) , to record a statement.

He is alleged to have concealing evidence related to the fatal shooting incident in Kahawatte, which was alleged to have been committed by UPFA Ratnapura District Parliamentarian Premalal Jayasekara and a group of gangsters.
