Clash  Between 2 Groups  in Dharga Town , Aluthgama

A group of people have advised one of the  drug  dealers  in Aluthgama to abstain  from  distributing drugs among the people in their districts.  Provoked drug dealers have set attack with swords on unarmed group of people, who advised them.

 Followed by it, a clash  erupted at Dharga Town , Aluthgama between 2 groups  last night (24) resulting  in two  persons with cut injuries admitted to the Kalutara Nagoda hospital. One of the wounded youths had head cut injuries and his situation is serious . He was admitted to the ICU Unit .It is relevant to mention that the two groups involved in the clash  are of the same ethnic identity .

House of the person concerned in the clash was also attacked. Followed by this incident STF has been deployed to ensure security of the public.
