Unemployed  Graduates  Blocked NCPC Gates  & Created Tense Situation

Unemployed graduates have gathered together and staging a protest demonstration near all gates  of the  North Central Provincial Council blocking movements. Hence, no one is able to either go in or leave the NPC premises.
