I Shall Not Sign the New Constitution If………….

While participating in the centenary celebrations of the Mirigama Holly Rosary Church , Speaker Karu Jeyasuriya said, in no uncertain words that he would not sign the new constitution to make it a law, if it leads to division of the country and affects Buddhism or any other religion.
