An American Diplomat Fallen on Kollupitiya Street Rescued ?

An Officer   belongs to the US Navy , who came on a tour and diplomatic work was found abandoned on  the road in Mile Post Avenue, Kollupitiya . He was on the ground drunken, Police said. He was rescued and handed over to the Kollupitiya police, who carry out further investigations.

However, it has not been established whether he was attacked or drunken.
