Deputy Minister of Social Empowerment, Welfare and Kandyan Heritage Ranjan Ramanayake was removed from his capacity as the UNP Organizer for the Divulapitiya electorate on 30th October .
However, Ranjan Ramanayake said, that he is due to be appointed as the UNP Organizer for Gampaha electorate .
He said that although the appointment was made yesterday(31), the UNP Secretary informed him that he will receive the appointment letter today (1).
