Special Circular Issued Limiting Fuel Withdrawn
Petroleum Resources Development Ministry said, the circular, which was issued declaring that fuel should be pumped only to vehicles, had been withdrawn with immediate effect from 7th.
Minister of Petroleum Resources Development, Arjuna Ranatunga had ordered to withdraw this circular.
