Mahinda Rajapaksa’s Comment on the Budget

Former President Mahinda Rajapaksa made his observation on the budget states, that this is a budget full of pretty stories as in previous budget. Even 3% of the promises given in previous budget had not been fulfilled. Not a cent had been given to some Ministries. We have to wait and see when budget proposals are implemented.
